WWE: Smackdown presented their Money in the Bank PPV last night and while the main event was exciting, the show was an overall piece of shit. Here’s a recap from ESPN, who’s a little more generous in their assessment than I’d be.
YANKEES: The New York Yankees are starting to suck. OK, maybe that’s a bit of a knee jerk reaction, but they lost their six games off a west coast, including getting swept by the lowly Oakland A’s. All-but-gone is their lead in the AL East.
SABRES: Buffalo News Sabres beat writer John Vogl plays Jason Botterill for a day, and makes some difficult moves, including trading Evander Kane.
SABRES: There’s plenty of sensible logic that the Sabres will end up losing William Carrier in the expansion draft to Vegas.
BILLS: Data-based sports website SportsLine.com gives the Buffalo Bills a slightly better chance of making the playoffs than the Miami Dolphins.
MUSIC: Beyonce has given birth to twins.
MOVIES: Cars3 has raced past Wonder Woman into number-one at the box office. It had a $53.5 million opening, which is actually lower than the first two in the epic animated series.
TV: Here’s a recap of the latest episode of Fear the Walking Dead via TV Line.
