On this special 900th episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran is joined by Joe From Queens for a bunch of reactions to the Buffalo Bills pulling the trigger on a huge trade Tuesday, acquiring wide receiver from Amari Cooper in a move that’s expected to make Buffalo’s offense dramatically more dangerous.

Before jumping into the conversation, Patrick reveals that he originally taped today’s show and had it set it to for Wednesday morning, but that changed as he was editing and the news broke of the Cooper trade. While not ideal to have a taped episode essentially become garbage, it’s a small price to pay for the Bills to come away with a guy who instantly becomes their No. 1 receiever.

Joe, who’s been incredibly vocal about the Bills lack of talent at wide receiver going all the way back to the Stefon Diggs trade in April and even before that, has a ton of takes on this move as does Patrick,, who calls this one of the biggest no-brainer trades involving the Bills he remembers in his lifetime.

The guys also debate where this leaves the Bills in terms of where they stand in the AFC. They also spend some time going over their biggest takeaways from Monday night’s win on the road against the New York Jets— a game that was pretty ugly in real time but sure looked sexy in the standings on Tuesday morning. That and plenty more.
