On this episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran is joined by friend and recurring guest Anthony Marino to discuss several takeaways from the Buffalo Bills final day of training camp, including Matt Milano looking like a man ready to play football again at a high level.
Patrick was at St. John’s Fisher for the Bills 11th and final practice of training camp in Rochester, and Milano being on the field for every snap with the first team defense during every drill and looking good in doing so has him and Anthony extremely optimistic heading into preseason action beginning Saturday versus Chicago.
There’s other observations Patrick took note of from practice that he shares with Anthony, including MVS smoking Christian Benford for the lone “big” play of the day, Ray Davis getting a lot of first-team offense opportunities and the pairing of the second offensive line unit.
They also discuss the biggest stock risers and fallers of Bills training camp, some national media praise on the team, starters playing on Saturday, what they’re most looking forward to seeing and much more. Be sure to follow Anthony on Twitter @AnthMarino.
