It’s Casual Friday on Talking Buffalo Podcast, which means Patrick Moran is joined by Noted Hockey author and Maintenance Day podcaster Joe Yerdon to discuss a variety of topics, including a stroll down memory lane on the 15th anniversary of the Buffalo Sabres vs Ottawa Senators famous brawl, some Buffalo Bills offseason plans talk and a “Starting Five” draft consisting of Best Will Ferrell movies.

15 years ago this week Ottawa forward Chris Neil blindsided Sabres captain Chris Drury with a cheap shot that drew blood and infuriated head coach Lindy Ruff. He immediately responded by putting a line combination of Adam Mair, Patrick Kaleta and Andrew Peters out for the next shift and predictably, all hell broke loose.  The guys reminisce about that game and spend time talking about how vastly different fans felt about the Sabres then versus now.

The guys also talk some Buffalo Bills, have a draft of the best Will Ferrell movies and much more.
