On this episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran is joined by Tone Pucks for his weekly visit to discuss the Buffalo Bills going to Washington and annihilating the Commanders in addition to some Buffalo Sabres talk.
It’s no exaggeration to say the Bills defense brutalized Sam Howell and the Washington offense, to the tune of nine sacks, four interceptions and a fumble recovery. The guys talk about how Buffalo was able to so easily dominate, led by Terrell Bernard, who in just a few weeks has went from suspect starter to very likely the reigning AFC Defensive Player of the Week.
The offense wasn’t too shabby either, with Josh Allen leading the Bills offense to three touchdowns and avoiding costly mistakes other than a meaningless interception. Patrick and Tone talk about his game, the offensive line looking great for a second straight week and Stefon Diggs continuing to play like one of the game’s best receivers.
Even in a blowout win there’s a couple of things to be concerned about. The guys hit on that in addition to the Sabres opening the preseason, some strong feelings Patrick Kane potentially coming to Buffalo and much more.
