On this episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran is joined by Matt Warren from SB Nation to discuss several Buffalo Bills and NFL topics, including what type of contract Josh Allen may end up getting if the organization decides to give him a new deal this offseason.
Patrick admittedly isn’t much of a contract, numbers or salary cap guy at all. However, Matt is and has been doing some looking into what a new Allen deal could look like. He has several thoughts on it as well as a few comparisons to potentially go by.
They also spend some time going over some possible Bills restructures that both make sense and could create extra cap room for Buffalo. They’ll need some of it to re-sign at least a few of their own pending free agents, and the guy chime in on who they think Brandon Beane should prioritize.
They also discuss what kind of financial and overall team shape the rest of the AFC east is going in and Patrick’s blown away by the opportunity that may be awaiting New England. That plus where does Aaron Rodgers fit for 2025 and tons more.
Major props to Talking Buffalo sponsor, Sonny Red’s at 1841 Abbott Road in Lackawanna, just minutes from Highmark Stadium. We consider them THE most underrated spot for wings, pizza and other great food in Western New York plus it’s a great place to drink and have a great time.
