On this episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran is joined by PK from the Buffalo Sports Collective for a conversation over a well rounded set of topics involving the Buffalo Bills, Sabres and Bandits.

It’s the first time PK’s been on the show since NFL free agency started and Patrick wants to know what his favorite and least favorite things about the process has been for the Bills through this point. Beyond comings and going there was recent news that linebacker Matt Milano took a pay cut for this upcoming season and a result will be eligible to become a free agent at season’s end. What’s the chances this is Milano’s last season as a Buffalo Bill?

As for the Sabres, it continues to be same song and dance and it’s as evident as ever that fans are tired of it. The guys talk about the team continuing to be an embarrassment on and off the ice, from their last place in the conference standings to a recent poll by The Athletic that showed Terry Pegula dead last in NHL owner rankings. All of it’s a shame because this is an organization that has two of the best players in the league that don’t get celebrated the way they should.

Also, PK spends some time talking about the Bandits, who are on a bit of a skid by their standards. That and plenty more.

Major props to Talking Buffalo sponsor, Sonny Red’s at 1841 Abbott Road in Lackawanna, just minutes from Highmark Stadium. We consider them THE most underrated spot for wings, pizza and other great food in Western New York plus it’s a great place to drink and have a great time.
