YANKEES:  The Bombers seven game winning streak came to an end in a 3-2 extra innings loss to the Angels.  The Yanks were up 2-1 late but Tyler Clippard couldn’t hold the lead.  More significantly than the loss was C.C. Sabathia leaving the game with an apparent hamstring injury.

BILLS: What can the Buffalo Bills do with $11.5 million of cap space after losing out on free agent Jeremy Maclin?  Chris Trapasso of Buffalo Rumblings takes a look.

SABRES: Buffalo signed backup goaltender Linus Ullmark to a two-year contract worth $1.5 million, which means he’s very likely to be the Sabres backup goaltender next year—unless of course he’s taken by Las Vegas in the expansion draft.
